These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of Digital Keepsakes products and services. By placing an order or using our services, you agree to these Terms.
1. Our Products & Services
We create custom plaques engraved with your chosen message and a unique QR code.
Each purchase includes a private online space linked to your QR code, where you can upload and store images and videos.
You will receive a link to upload your content, and your plaque’s QR code will allow viewing of the uploaded files.
2. Orders & Customisation
All plaques are made to order using the information and files you provide.
You are responsible for ensuring all spelling, dates, and wording are correct before confirming your order.
Once an order is placed, no changes or cancellations can be made, as production begins immediately.
3. Refunds & Returns
Because plaques are custom-made, we do not offer refunds or returns unless the product is faulty or damaged upon arrival.
If your plaque arrives damaged, you must notify us within 7 days of delivery with photographs of the damage.
4. Online Space & Annual Payments
Your private online storage space is provided for one year from your order date.
Annual renewal fees must be paid on or before the renewal date.
If payment is not received within 14 days after the due date, your account and all stored content will be permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.
5. Content Rules
You may upload images and videos that you own or have permission to use.
You must not upload illegal, harmful, or offensive content.
We reserve the right to remove any content that breaches these rules.
6. Privacy
We respect your privacy. Your online space is private and accessible only through your unique link or QR code.

7. Liability
We are not responsible for loss of data due to your failure to renew your online space on time.
While we take care to protect your files, we cannot guarantee that stored content will never be lost due to technical issues beyond our control.
Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product or service in question.
8. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be available on our website.
