Do I see the engraving before it's made?
Yes, always. We send a proof of the exact text layout before production begins. You can request changes and we’ll revise it until you’re happy. Nothing goes to the laser until you confirm.
What is your returns policy?
Because every plaque is personalised to order, we’re unable to accept returns on engraved items unless the product is faulty or the engraving differs from your approved proof. If there’s an error on our side, we’ll replace it at no cost.
Non-personalised accessories such as display stands and gift boxes can be returned within 30 days.
I have physical photos — can you still use them?
Yes. We offer a photo scan service for physical photographs, and a photo restoration service if older images need touching up before being added to the digital memorial page.
