5. Engraving

Plaques are laser engraved using a professional ComMarker Fiber Laser system.

  • Permanent laser engraving
  • Deep engraving capability up to approximately 0.3mm
  • UV-resistant marking
  • Fade-resistant finish

Minor variations in engraving appearance may occur depending on material type and finish selected.

6. Mounting and Display

Memorial Plaques

Memorial plaques include industrial-grade 3M 9448A double-sided adhesive tape.

Customers are responsible for ensuring:

  • Suitable mounting surfaces
  • Correct installation
  • Surface preparation before application

Digital Keepsake cannot be held responsible for plaque detachment resulting from improper installation or unsuitable surfaces.

9. Hosting Renewals and Upgrades

Additional hosting services may be purchased separately.

Customers may upload photographs, videos, written tributes, wedding memories, and other digital content.

11. Wedding Guest Uploads

Customers are responsible for obtaining any required permissions or consents from guests.

12. QR Code Functionality

Customers should test QR functionality upon receipt.

13. Photo Restoration and Scanning Services

Services are provided on a best-efforts basis.

14. Pricing and Payment

All prices are displayed in Euro (€).

15. Production and Delivery

Production times are estimates only and delivery dates are not guaranteed.

16. Cancellations

Personalised orders cannot be cancelled once production has started.

17. Returns and Refunds

Customers must report any issue within 7 days of delivery.

18. Warranty

Products are warranted against manufacturing defects at the time of delivery.
